Refund Policy

We issue refunds for purchases within 24 hours of the original purchase of the packages.

Refund Process Time: 5–10 business days

A payment gateway fee of 5% and a processing fee of 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the refundable amount.
The refund policy for each product may differ, so please ensure you review the respective refund policy page before making any payment.

To initiate a refund, you must email connect@dominatorsbusinesstribe.in from your registered email ID in the following format:

1. Full Name
2. Registered Email ID
3. Registration Date
4. Screenshot of Payment Invoice with Date and Time (You must have received this via email/message at the time of payment)
5. Reason for Refund

‍Any payment made for a one to one (1:1) call/meeting with an expert from Dominators Business Tribe is only refundable within 24 hours.

Cancellation for all products will be accepted only within 24 hours of the original purchase. The company must be notified within this window for a cancellation to be considered.



3-Day Challenges Refund Policy

Refunds for our short-format 3-Day Challenge Programs are subject to strict conditions to ensure fairness and accountability.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund (3-Day Challenges):

1. Participants must attend all 3 live sessions
of the challenge.

2. All daily assignments/tasks must be completed and submitted as per the instructions during the challenge.

The refund will be processed only if the participant has
fulfilled all terms and conditions, actively participated, and still found the program unsatisfactory.

Ineligible for Refund:
1.
Participants who do not attend all 3 days live.

2. Participants who skip assignments or submit incomplete work.

After the 3-Day Event is completed, 24-hour window will be provided for any kind of refund.
No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances post these 24 hours.This policy helps us ensure a results-oriented environment and discourages passive participation.

These programs are high-touch, high-support business mentorship experiences with a fixed timeline and accountability structure. Please review the following terms carefully before enrolling:


Program Structure & Expectations:

1. Fixed Tenure & No Extensions
: All programs run on a fixed tenure and are designed for focused, immersive learning.No extensions, pauses, or breaks are allowed once the program begins.All access to services, support, and learning content is limited strictly to the program tenure.

2. Weekly Live Sessions: Participants are expected to attend weekly virtual classroom sessions, live video conferences, and Q&A calls.A minimum of 75% live attendance is mandatory to remain eligible for support and continuity.

3. Learning Resources: You will receive access to pre-recorded lessons, templates, tools, trackers, and learning modules via our learning app.These materials are intended to support your journey throughout the program duration.

4. Dedicated Business Coach: Each participant is assigned a business coach for the duration of the program.Coach access is available only during the active program timeline and ends with the program completion.

Refund & Support Terms:

Refund requests for all the programs will be accepted only within 24 hours of the original purchase.

After this 24-hour window,
no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
Once the program tenure is over, no support, access, or services will continue, regardless of attendance or completion status.
